iThemes: Customizable WordPress themes and plugins
MonsterInsights: Google Analytics Plugin for WordPress that’s Easy and Powerful.
WooThemes/WooCommerce: Theme and shopping cart. They have an ENDLESS number of options for extensions/plugins for adding whatever functionality you want.
ConvertKit: Simple and easy to use email automation, autoresponder service for sending newsletters and follow-up email series.
Dropbox: Storing important files in the cloud. I love that I can access them anywhere and I have them synced with my iPhone, iPad, and laptop.
Trello: The project management system I’ve been using for years. It’s simple and easy to use and doesn’t have all the unnecessary clutter that some other pm systems have.
Hidden24: Reliable VPN service. I travel and work out of coffee shops a lot. I know my data is safe when I connect to the free WiFi when I’m hidden behind a VPN.
Tailwind: Schedule and post your Pinterest pins with this easy to use tool. You can be apart of tribes that can help pins be reposted faster and schedule content for weeks.
PromoRepublic: All in one suite to publish and schedule social media posts on all platforms.
Coschedule: Another all in one publisher suite. I use this to create my schedule and post blog posts and schedule my social media posts.
PicMonkey: Easily edit and create visuals that can be posted all over and look great.
Canva: Another easy to use platform to create social media posts, web graphics, and much more.
InVideo: Easy video creation for social media posts, Youtube videos and more. They have a ton of templates to use.
Animoto: Create impressive videos in minutes with Animoto’s drag-and-drop video maker. No video editing experience necessary.
123RF: Millions of stock photos for a very cheap price
Thinkific: Create and sell online courses branded with your business on this platform.
DailyGreatness: I’m addicted to planners and this website has so many planners for so many occasions. I warn you, it can be addicting. 🙂
PlannerPads: This is my daily planner that I use for my business and personal life. It helps me get focused by using their funnel system.
Bonsai Boy: Sometimes you need to send a client or friend a gift. Be different and send Bonsai trees. They’re so cute and with care can last a long time.
Scribd: Listen to audiobooks or read ebooks for a very small monthly price. I’m addicted to this app. If I’m not listening to a podcast, I’m listening to a book via Scribd.
